About Us
Who are we?
SchoolWorld Resource Centre (SRC) is an education start-up for students & schools in the country, with a special focus on the North East Indian states. We offer support to all stakeholders in the education sector through projects in & around student enrolment, capacity development of students & teachers, recruitment, partnerships, development of technology and related skills, assessment, and extra-curricular activities.
While the core focus of this Resource Centre is India’s schools and students, we also interface with reputed universities in the country and abroad, assisting various initiatives. Our organization has been formed by a group of enthusiastic professionals and development practitioners, who bring into play decades of rich experience in research, advocacy, capacity development, communications, education, law, literature, corporate affairs, and other domains. The team is bound by a positive spirit to assist students, schools, and universities, playing the role of a catalyst. We wish to positively impact the lives of students, by integrating desirable initiatives as they learn and hone their skills to get into thriving careers. By conducting effective capacity development programs for students in areas like Public Speaking, CV Making, Personal Branding, Interview strategy, etc.
Serve as an interface between students and universities, where students may directly interact with university teams, access accurate & relevant information and more
Support International and National universities in their outreach to students, especially in the North-East Indian states.
Promote 21st century skills and technology interface in teaching, learning and assessment
Facilitate recruitment of Principals; Teachers and Non-Teaching staff in schools across the country
Empowering students with information, opportunities, and mentoring to actualize their goals such as Scholarships, Fellowships, Internships, Placements, etc.
Promote and facilitate collaboration leading to philanthropic, private and community participation
Strengthen sports and extra-curricular activities in schools across the country by providing students the exposure, and training they require to be the best in their field.
Promote collaboration and cultural exchange platforms between schools in the country and abroad.
Promote use of technology in teaching and learning; facilitate online delivery of school curriculum
Assist Central and State Governments; UN and other international organizations in rolling out public outreach campaigns
