SchoolWorld Internship Program
Recognising the importance of experiential learning, SchoolWorld launched it’s ‘Internship Program’ where students from the North East of India are selected for 1, 3 and 6 months of guided internship modules. These internships are offered in areas such as Research, Social Media, Event Management, Project Management, Client Services, Partnerships, Student Services, Communications, and ‘Core’ internships attached to the offices of our CEO, COO and NPM. Given our aim of making excellence accessible to all, we often select students with zero prior internship experience. The selection process looks at the motivations and dedication of the applicants, rather than unfair expectations of immense work experience at this stage of their education. Every one of our interns is mentored by our NPM through every hurdle and challenge, making it a truly collaborative and insightful experience. Moreover, besides their internship related tasks the Internship Program also works in sessions for the benefit of interns: we work on their resumes, Linked Ins, professional networks and their post graduation plans for further study or employment. The SRC Internship Program is your first step towards building your ideal future self, surrounded by people who will root for you and support you in your endeavours. Students selected for the internships have the opportunity of giving back to their community while also building their own profiles. More notably, all the programmes they work on at their time with SRC also build resources for themselves as they too are the North Eastern student that SRC strives to provide excellence for. Dedicated and meritorious Interns from the program have gone on to work with us in paid roles, some continue to be involved in a project-to -project basis with the organisation.

This internship has helped prepare me for the upcoming tough challenges in life, where I will be pursuing my master's degree in J&MC. This experience has really opened my eyes that my passion is to work with public policy and advocate for life-changing legislation.
This was my first ever internship and the experience that it has given me is very enriching. I have learned the value of teamwork and time. When you work for a company it's important that the company's vision aligns with yours and this made Adnil SchoolWorld the right fit for me. The internship gave me great insight about the youth of NorthEast and helped me prepare for my MBA. The internship was a great experience.
My experience working with School World was one of a kind. Here, I got the chances to come in contact with people who provided me the exact opportunities I was looking for. Moreover, we contacted more than 100 students who were absolutely delighted to have this one a kind chance to interact with their dream universities. As a Core Intern, I was deeply involved in the company. Each and every single person here works hard. In my term here, we made sure every student who registered with us got the same opportunity and attention. This even included arranging for personal calls between the student and the university. I will forever be grateful for getting the chance to work here. It was a beautiful experience and I leaned an enormous amount of things. Thank you SchoolWorld!
I had a great time with the team. It was my first experience working in a team where / could learn and grow. I would like to thank Miss. Anusuiya Dev Sarmah and Miss. Richa Goswami for their guidance and help throughout the program. I got to know about a lot of universities and to get in touch with students in northeast. All over my experience working in SchoolWorld was excellent.
In the past 3 months, I had a great experience interning for Adnil SchoolWorld Resource Centre under the guidance of Miss Anusuiya Dev Sarmah and Miss Richa Goswami. I learned the value of teamwork and time and I also got the opportunity to enhance my skills. I also had the opportunity to work with such a great team. This internship also helped me grow professionally. If I had to sum it up in one sentence then I would just say that working for SchoolWorld is an opportunity one should never miss.
